Policies
Reservations:
Room reservations may be made anytime before your stay. Book early to avoid disappointment. Your reservation will be be confirmed upon receipt of your credit card number, which will guarantee payment for one night’s stay. The balance of your bill will be due upon arrival, prior to check in.
Minimum Stay:
A Minimum 2 night stay is required for weekends and holidays.
Payment:
In order to keep costs low, we require payment using cash or check only. Reservation deposits, which were guaranteed by a credit card number, will not be processed once payment by cash or check has been made.
Cancellations / Refunds:
To claim a full refund of your reservation deposit, cancellations must be made within 8 days of your reservation date. If you cancel within 7 days of your stay, a gift certificate for the amount debited from your credit card (less a 15% card processing fee) will be sent to you for redemption at a future date. Holidays and special events may require longer cancellation notification, which will be discussed when your reservation is confirmed.
Check in / check out:
Check in is from 3pm to 6 pm.
Later check in times may be arranged.
Check out by 11am, please.
Children and Pets:
Children over 12 are welcome. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets.
Crated small pets may be accepted by special arrangement.
NO SMOKING!
For the safety and comfort of our guests and home, there is a NO SMOKING restriction which applies everywhere in the house. Any evidence of non-compliance with this policy will result in an immediate, non-refundable check out, a $250 cleaning fee and a very angry innkeeper.
Breakfast:
Gourmet breakfast is served in the dining room from:
7:00 am to 9:00 am, on weekdays
8:00 am to 10:00 am, on weekends
Continental Breakfasts, featuring locally baked goods and yogurts, may be served in the privacy of your own room.
